Drop Zone Exclusives Sweepstakes - Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Drop Zone Exclusives, a U.S.-based entity (“Sponsor”), operating legally and solely responsible for the administration and fulfillment of this promotion. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Twitter, or any other social media platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor and not to any affiliated platform.
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must have a valid email address. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law.
The Sweepstakes begins on April 3, 2025, at 12:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST) and ends on May 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
There are two primary methods of entry during the Sweepstakes Period:
1) Free Online Entry:
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes for free by visiting the official entry page at https://dropzonex.com/pages/free-entry and completing the entry form with all required information. Limit: one (1) free entry per person per email address, unless otherwise stated.
2) Online Store Entry:
Entrants who make a qualifying purchase at the Sponsor’s online store (https://dropzonex.com/) will receive one (1) entry for every $1.00 USD spent on eligible merchandise (excluding tax, shipping, discounts, and returns). All Online Store Entries must be received by 11:59 PM CST on May 17, 2025. These entries will be automatically calculated and applied to the entrant's email address used during checkout.
3) Bonus Entry Periods and Entry Multipliers:
Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, announce special Bonus Entry Periods on its website or social media channels, offering participants opportunities to receive additional entries through promotional multipliers. For example:
10X, 20X, 30X, or 50X entries for every $1.00 spent during limited-time promotions.
The timing, duration, and availability of Bonus Entry Periods and Entry Multipliers will be determined solely by the Sponsor and announced on the official website https://dropzonex.com/ and/or its official social media pages. Participation in these events is optional and subject to the same eligibility terms and conditions outlined in these Official Rules.
NOTE: No purchase is required to enter. All bonus entries must comply with the rules and be earned during the Sweepstakes Period.
Maximum Entries: Each participant is limited to a total of 100,000 entries during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Any entries exceeding this limit will be void.
Entry Validation, Returns, and Fraud Prevention
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entrant engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behavior related to the Sweepstakes.
Returns and Refund Policy
The Sponsor will not accept any returns during the Sweepstakes Period.
The Sponsor will not offer any refunds for purchases made during the Sweepstakes Period.
Any entrant who initiates a chargeback for a purchase made during the Sweepstakes will be automatically disqualified, and all entries associated with that individual will be voided and removed from the Sweepstakes.
Fraudulent Activity
Any fraudulent activity in connection with this Sweepstakes is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
Purchasing merchandise solely to obtain entries with the intent to return items after the Sweepstakes ends.
Creating multiple identities or using false information to enter.
Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any mechanical methods of entry.
Attempting to tamper with or interfere with the entry process, website, or sweepstakes mechanics in any way.
If the Sponsor identifies or suspects that you are engaged in this or any other form of fraudulent activity, you will be immediately disqualified and permanently banned from participating in any current or future sweepstakes or promotions hosted by the Sponsor.
Invalid and Incomplete Entries
All required information must be provided in full to enter and to be eligible to win. The following types of entries will be disqualified:
Incomplete, illegible, or corrupted entries
Late or misdirected entries
Postage-due mail
Mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries
Entries submitted through commercial sweepstakes services, third-party entry tools, or on behalf of another individual
All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Proof of entering information at the Website does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt by the Sponsor. Internet entries must be submitted directly by the entrant through the official entry form on the Website. Any entries submitted by automated methods, including bots or scripts, are void and will be disqualified.
Five (5) total prizes will be awarded. The prizes and their approximate retail values (ARV) are as follows:
PlayStation 5 Console – ARV $500
ASUS ROG Ally X 7 Handheld Gaming Console – ARV $700
Xbox Series X Console – ARV $500
Nintendo Switch Console – ARV $350
Steam Deck OLED Handheld Console – ARV $450
Total Prize Pool Value: $2,500
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor or its authorized designee on or around May 18, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified via email + phone call within five (5) business days of the drawing. Each selected winner must respond to the email within 72 hours to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond in time, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Conditions
By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, fulfillment partners, agents, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and representatives (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim, liability, loss, or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, or any travel or activity related to the prize.
The potential prize winner must sign and return the following documents to the Sponsor or its designated Administrator within five (5) days of receiving notification or attempted notification:
A completed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (if a U.S. resident), or a Declaration of Compliance (if a Canadian resident)
An IRS Form W-9 (for U.S. residents) or Form W-8BEN (for Canadian residents)
These documents will require the winner to provide their full legal name, mailing address, date of birth, and Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number, used solely for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of the U.S. winner for the actual value of the prize received, as required by law.
If a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if the winner cannot be reached within three (3) business days, if the required documents are not returned within the specified time, or if the winner is found to be ineligible or in violation of these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
Publicity Release
Where permitted by law, by accepting the prize, each winner grants the Sponsor and Released Parties the unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide right to use their name, image, likeness, voice, and biographical information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation, notice, or approval.
The winner further acknowledges that the Sponsor and Released Parties have neither made nor are in any way responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, concerning the quality, condition, appearance, safety, or performance of the awarded prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or for any error or malfunction related to this promotion.
Any attempt by an entrant to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sponsor will not share personal information with any third parties unless required by law or for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and awarding prizes. Privacy Policy
This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
The name of the official winner will be posted on www.dropzonex.com and on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/DropZoneExclusives
when the winner has been verified and confirmed.
